Yogi Tea This kind of tea is my absolute favorite. Not only is this particular flavor delicious (African Redbush Peach) but they also have the most adorable, spiritual sayings on the tag. For example, in my state of illness, I have been making double doses of tea. So, on my two teabags this evening I got two doses of wisdom that added to a third realization: 1.) Every heartbeat creates a miracle. 2.) Your heartbeat is the rhythm of your soul. Which leads me to believe: 3.) The rhythm of your soul is a thousand miracles rolled into one. Pretty cool.
